Kajang Municipal Council targets illegal structures
The Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) has warned that it “would not hesitate to take action” against property owners who build structures on common areas.
Homeowners who plan to renovate their property must secure the local authority’s approval, otherwise they may face problems once they sell it.
